تمديد مهلة لتصحيح أوضاع العمالة المنزلية المتغيبة نصف عام – أخبار السعودية

مددت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية مهلة «تصحيح اوضاع العمالة المساندة المتغيبة لمدة 6 أشهر؛ وذلك من خلال إجراءات رقمية على منصة مساند و تُتاح لصاحب العمل الجديد تصحيح وضع العمالة المتغيبة عبر الدخول لمنصة مساند واستكمال الإجراءات بشكل آلي؛ ما يسهم في تحسين بيئة العمل وضمان حقوق جميع الأطراف.

وأوضحت الوزارة أن المبادرة تأتي في إطار سعي الوزارة المستمر لتطوير قطاع العمالة المساندة في السعودية، و تحسين العلاقة التعاقدية، وذلك ضمن جهودها لتنظيم سوق العمل، و تتيح المبادرة للعمالة المساندة التي سبق وأن تم تسجيل بلاغات تغيب ضدها أو انتهت صلاحية إقامتها وما زالت داخل المملكة بشكل غير نظامي تصحيح أوضاعها من خلال نقل خدماتها إلى أصحاب عمل آخرين بعد استكمال الإجراءات النظامية.

وأكدت الوزارة أن تنفيذ هذه الإجراءات سيتم عبر منصة»مساند”، ولا تشمل العمالة التي تغيبت عن العمل بعد تاريخ الإعلان.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has extended the deadline for “correcting the status of absent supportive workers” for an additional 6 months; this will be done through digital procedures on the Musaned platform, allowing the new employer to correct the status of absent workers by accessing the Musaned platform and completing the procedures automatically. This contributes to improving the work environment and ensuring the rights of all parties.

The ministry clarified that the initiative comes as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the supportive labor sector in Saudi Arabia and improve the contractual relationship, as part of its efforts to regulate the labor market. The initiative allows supportive workers who have previously had absenteeism reports filed against them or whose residency permits have expired and who are still in the Kingdom unlawfully to correct their status by transferring their services to other employers after completing the legal procedures.

The ministry confirmed that the implementation of these procedures will be through the “Musaned” platform and does not include workers who have been absent from work after the announcement date.
