للاشتباه بترويجهما إعلانات مخالفة.. استدعاء 2 من مؤثري التواصل الاجتماعي – أخبار السعودية

أصدر المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي قرارات في حق عدد من المنظمات غير الربحية والأفراد؛ نظير تجاوزهم للأنظمة واللوائح ذات العلاقة، إذ أصدر المركز 397 إنذاراً بحق جمعيات أهلية، وعزل 3 مجالس إدارة جمعيات أهلية، ودمج لجمعيتين أهليتين، وإلغاء نتيجة انتخابات لجمعية أهلية، وإصدار 78 إنذاراً بحق مؤسسات أهلية، وإلغاء ترخيص مؤسستين أهليتين، وإلغاء ترخيص صندوق عائلي، وإنذار لصندوق عائلي، والتعامل مع 77 بلاغاً لمخالفتها لنظام جمع التبرعات، وإصدار 11 مخالفة لجمع التبرعات، والقيام بـ 8 جلسات لسماع الأقوال وإحالة 71 كياناً للجهات المختصة؛ لمخالفتها الأنظمة واللوائح ذات العلاقة، وقام المركز باستدعاء 2 من مؤثري التواصل الاجتماعي، وسماع أقوالهم؛ وذلك للاشتباه بترويجهما إعلانات مخالفة لأحكام نظام جمع التبرعات المتضمن معاقبة الوسيلة الإعلامية التي تعلن لجهة غير مرخص لها.

وأكد المركز أهمية التزام الأفراد والمنظمات غير الربحية بالأنظمة واللوائح، والأدلة والإجراءات المنظمة للقطاع غير الربحي، ويدعو الجميع إلى التواصل معه عبر قنوات العناية بالعملاء من خلال مركز الاتصال الموحد 19918، وموقعه الإلكتروني ncnp.gov.sa، وحساباته في شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، مشيراً إلى ضرورة التكامل بينه وبين الأفراد والمنظمات غير الربحية في المساهمة بتنمية القطاع غير الربحي، وتعظيم الأثر الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للقطاع بما يحقق الأهداف الوطنية المنشودة.

The National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector issued decisions against a number of non-profit organizations and individuals for violating related regulations and laws. The center issued 397 warnings against charitable associations, dismissed 3 boards of directors of charitable associations, merged two charitable associations, annulled the results of elections for a charitable association, issued 78 warnings against charitable institutions, revoked the licenses of two charitable institutions, revoked the license of a family fund, and issued a warning to a family fund. It also dealt with 77 reports for violating the fundraising system, issued 11 violations for fundraising, held 8 sessions to hear statements, and referred 71 entities to the relevant authorities for violating related regulations and laws. The center summoned 2 social media influencers and heard their statements due to suspicion of promoting advertisements that violate the provisions of the fundraising system, which includes penalizing the media outlet that advertises for an unlicensed entity.

The center emphasized the importance of individuals and non-profit organizations adhering to the regulations and laws, as well as the guidelines and procedures governing the non-profit sector. It calls on everyone to communicate with it through customer care channels via the unified call center 19918, its website ncnp.gov.sa, and its accounts on social media networks, pointing out the necessity of integration between it and individuals and non-profit organizations in contributing to the development of the non-profit sector and maximizing the social and economic impact of the sector to achieve the desired national goals.
