1 dead, 5 injured in Dubai after gas cylinder blast at Sheikh Zayed Road showroom
One person was killed and five others injured following a gas cylinder explosion at a car showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Civil Defence said.
Dubai Civil Defence teams are at the scene responding to the incident and providing assistance, the Dubai Media Office stated.

Authorities are continuing to provide medical care to those injured.
The incident comes after a major fire broke out at a bicycle warehouse on Sheikh Zayed Road on November 5 last year.
The blaze, which broke out around midnight, was brought under control after Dubai Civil Defence teams responded and worked for several hours to contain the fire.
Wolfi’s Bike Shop later confirmed that everyone was safe and no injuries were reported.
