إيقاف بدل الساعات الإضافية عن 7 فئات وظيفية في القطاع الصحي – أخبار السعودية

أوقفت التجمعات الصحية في عموم المناطق صرف بدل ساعات العمل الإضافي لعدد من الفئات الوظيفية المشمولة ببنود التشغيل الذاتي، وذلك استناداً إلى تعميم الديوان الملكي رقم (10682) وتاريخ 13 / 02 / 1446، المتضمّن تنفيذ قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (142) وتاريخ 09 / 02 / 1446، القاضي بإعادة تنظيم صرف البدلات والمزايا المالية.

وبحسب التعميم الصادر والموجّه إلى مديري المستشفيات والمراكز التخصصية، فإن القرار يشمل كلاً من: فني إحصاء طبي، مساعد رعاية مرضى منزلي، مساعد إداري، سائق سيارة، حارس أمن، مراسل، عامل على بند الأجور، مع التأكيد على إيقاف صرف بدل ساعات العمل الإضافي اعتباراً من تاريخ 06 / 06 / 1447، تنفيذاً لما نص عليه القرار الوزاري.

وأشار التعميم -الذي حصلت «عكاظ» على نسخة منه- إلى أن العمل بأحكام القرار يستمر لمدة سنتين اعتباراً من تاريخ 06 / 06 / 1445، أو إلى حين استكمال الإجراءات النظامية لتحسين أوضاع المشمولين وفق الأمر الملكي رقم (28) وتاريخ 20 / 03 / 1432، أيهما أسبق.

وأكدت التجمعات الصحية التزامها بتطبيق القرار بما يحقق العدالة النظامية وضبط عمليات الصرف المالي وفق اللوائح والأنظمة المعتمدة.

The health clusters across all regions have suspended the payment of overtime allowances for several job categories included in the self-employment provisions, based on the Royal Court circular No. (10682) dated 13 / 02 / 1446, which includes the implementation of the Council of Ministers’ decision No. (142) dated 09 / 02 / 1446, regarding the reorganization of allowances and financial benefits.

According to the issued circular directed to hospital and specialized center directors, the decision includes the following: medical statistics technician, home patient care assistant, administrative assistant, vehicle driver, security guard, messenger, and wage-based worker, with an emphasis on stopping the payment of overtime allowances starting from the date 06 / 06 / 1447, in implementation of what is stipulated in the ministerial decision.

The circular – of which “Okaz” obtained a copy – indicated that the implementation of the decision will continue for two years starting from the date 06 / 06 / 1445, or until the completion of the regulatory procedures to improve the conditions of those covered under Royal Order No. (28) dated 20 / 03 / 1432, whichever comes first.

The health clusters affirmed their commitment to applying the decision in a manner that achieves regulatory justice and controls financial disbursement processes according to the approved regulations and systems.
